To that end, Birchwood Funeral Chapel will follow the Province of Manitoba’s directions related to COVID-19. Therefore, it should be expected that there will be changes to the size of public gatherings allowed, social distancing practices expected, and personal protection to be practiced, among possibly additional restrictions.

During this evolving COVID – 19 pandemic, we at Birchwood Funeral Chapel are committed to continue to plan with and serve families in their time of loss. In light of this, we will incrementally maintain the recommended and mandatory preventive measures in attempts to ensure the safety of both the public and staff.

Birchwood Funeral Chapel continues to be in communication with the governing authorities with regards to funeral practices and the COVID-19, and will keep families and the community informed as new developments arise.
