Earl Joseph Chisholm was born February 4, 1965 to Gary and Annette Chisholm in Bathurst, New Brunswick. Earl had a rough start to life, dealing with epilepsy as a young child. He had the strength to fight, and fight he did. He lived a dream, as every boy does, by becoming a firefighter. Earl moved to Manitoba and met his sweetheart Darlene and married her on July 16th, 2005. He was diagnosed with leukemia January 2006. Just like when Earl was a child he fought and fought but lost this battle on Dec 22, 2008 with his family by his side. He leaves to mourn his wife Darlene, step children Jessica (Len), Cody, Tyler and Tiffany as well as grandson Karson, his mother Annette, brother Peter (Carole) and their family, sister Dianne (Jean Michelle) Chaisson. He was predeceased by his father Gary in 1999 and a daughter in 1996. Earl fought a good fight and lived life with passion - making people laugh and by being there for his friends. He will forever be in our hearts. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Abundant Life Fellowship, Grunthal, MB. If friends so desire donations may be made to help the family with funeral expenses.
