Elizabeth H. “Betty” Schultz of Winnipeg, Manitoba passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2000 at the Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg at the age of 73 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry U. Schultz on May 29, 1995. She is survived by 1 daughter and 2 sons: Janet Grace Reimer (Ronald P.), Ronald Jean Schultz (Shirley A.), and Manley Dale Schultz (Shannon) all of Winnipeg; 7 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers: Peter (Mary) Goertzen and John (Evelyn) Goertzen; 4 sisters: Tina Falk, Mary Goertzen, Susie (Abe) Bergen and Agatha Smith. The Funeral service for Elizabeth H. Schultz will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. in the Silberfeld CMC Church, on Hwy. 311 south of Landmark, with Rev. Dick Wiebe officiating. Viewing will be at 1:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Interment in the churchyard Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Silberfeld CMC Church, Box 4, New Bothwell, MB R0A 1C0.
