Peacefully, on January 24, 2001 at the Steinbach Bethesda Personal Care Home, May Abraham passed away at the age of 91. Predeceased by her former husband, Paul Rudiak, she is fondly remembered by one son and his wife, Ronald and Shirley Rudiak and grandchildren, Ronald and Christina Rudiak, Barbara Rudiak, Bryan Rudiak, Tracy and Dean Brownlee, Jared Rudiak and Kimberley Rudiak; brothers and sisters, Olive McNaughton, Morley (Mary), Claude (Verna), Roland, Anne Lester, John, Harry, Leslie, and Dorothy McDonald. The family wishes to extend a special word of thanks to Dr. W. Kaethler and the nurses and staff at the personal care home who took such good care of Mom with compassion and dedication. The funeral service will be held at the Steinbach Bethesda Personal Care Home, Monday, Jan. 29, at 3:00 PM. Interment will take place in Dauphin, Riverside Cemetery, at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 31.
