Yvonne Courcelles passed away peacefully Monday, January 29, 2001 at the Villa Youville in Ste. Anne, MB. She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Rachel (Lucien) Larameé, Beatrice (Tom Moar) and two sons Isidore (Alice), Ovila (Dianne); 15 grand children, 44 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter; four brothers, Jean-Baptiste, Paul, Henri (Berthe), André; 3 sisters, Thérese Berthlelette, Marie-Ange Gagnon and Agathe Landry and two sisters-in-law Thérese Courcelles and Marguerite Brémaud. She was predeceased by her husband Dominique, her Mom and Dad Wilfrid and Délphine Courcelles and brother Adélard and two sisters-in-law Hermiline and Lorette Courcelles. Mass of Resurrection will be held Thursday, February 1, 2001 at 2:30 p.m. at St. Joachim Catholic Church, La Broquerie, MB. Prayers will be said Wednesday, January 31 at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Dr., Steinbach, MB at 7:30 p.m. Viewing will be held prior to and following the prayer service and before Mass at the church. Donations in mother’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 10 – 120 Donald St., Wpg., MB R3C 4G2 We would like to give special thanks to Villa Youville for their excellent care of Mom, and to Sister Rioux for her care and comfort of Mother, especially during her final moments.
