Peter M. Funk of Winnipeg passed away peacefully at the Riverview Health Centre March 28, 2002 at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his beloved wife, Tina, of 59 years; sons John (Marie) Funk of Kleefeld, Ben Funk of Winnipeg, Jake (Wendy) Funk of Selkirk, Abe (Norene) Funk of Marquette; Nela (Abe) Giesbrecht of Winnipeg, Maria (John) Enns of Grunthal, Kelly (Dennis) King of Winnipeg, Elvi (Glen) Hildebrand of Winkler. The funeral service for Peter M. Funk will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2002, 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach. Viewing will be held Monday, April 1, 7 to 8:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel. Interment at Grunthal Cemetery.
