Peacefully on May 12, at the age of 92, our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother went home to be with her Lord. She is lovingly remembered by her children Annie (Peter), John (Elvera); sister Anna; grandchildren Rose (Glen), Walter (Ingrid), Harry (Viola), Tim (Kay), Tony (Eva); great-grandchildren Stephanie, Ryan, Kristin, Jeffrey, Kyle, and Jessica. Maria was predeceased by her husband Julius, five siblings and one great-granddaughter Natalie. The family wishes to thank all the staff of Bethania Personal Care Home for their loving care. The funeral service will be held at Springfield Heights Mennonite Church, 570 Sharron Bay, Winnipeg, on Wednesday, May 15, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. Viewing will be held 9:30 a.m. at the church prior to the service.
