Donelle Marie Sawatsky (nee Isaak) passed away November 8, 2006 at Seven Oaks Hospital after a long struggle with Huntington’s Disease. Donelle was born June 17, 1948 in Winnipeg, MB and grew up to age 12 in Elm Creek, MB before moving to British Columbia. She has lived the last 25 years in Winnipeg. Donelle loved praying, music and her family. Surviving are her sons Andrew (Beth) and Jarem (Rhona) and her special grandchildren Hannah, Naomi, Sara and Koila; three brothers Ron (Marilyn), Rob (Karen) and Randy; two sisters Linda (Alec) and Melody; four nieces and four nephews. Viewing will be Friday, November 10 at St. Matthews Maryland Church, 641 St. Matthews Ave, Wpg from 7 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be Saturday, November 11 at 2 p.m. at the church with interment to follow at Mennonite Memorial Gardens.
