Valerie Grace Wiebe was born in Winnipeg on June 28, 1969 to Jake and Betty Wiebe of Grunthal. She passed away peacefully, with family at her side, on January 3, 2007 at the Bethesda Hospital, at the age of 37 years. She leaves to mourn her passing her children: two daughters Stephanie and Vicky and one son Brian; parents Jake and Betty Wiebe of Grunthal, one brother David, one sister Kathy (Ben) Schroeder and Peter Wiebe. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to all the friends and relatives who have so generously supported them through these difficult times. A special thanks to Dr Dyck and Dr Krahn and the Bethesda Hospital main floor nurses. Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel on Sunday, January 7, 2007 at 7 p.m. with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Southland Community Church, 190 Hwy 52 W, Steinbach on Monday, January 8, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. If friends so desire donations may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses.
