Peter V. Poetker, 93, of Steinbach, formerly of New Bothwell passed away at the St. Adolphe Personal Care Home on February 20, 2007. He is survived by his wife Agatha (nee Unger), sons Ernie (Shirley)and Leonard (Barb); daughters Shirley (Ron) Schultz, Linda (George) Mychasiw, Esther Wiebe and their families. He was predeceased by one son-in-law Sheldon Wiebe and one grandson Harlen Reimer. The funeral service will be Saturday, February 24 at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Dr, Steinbach, MB with viewing prior to the service. Interment at Heritage Cemetery.
