Many happy memories playing ball with Anthony. This picture of him is exactly how I always remember him. Probably even smiling like that behind his catcher's mask. Thoughts and prayers are with you, Connie.

We only had the pleasure of meeting Anthony a few times when we lived in Brandon but would hear many wonderful stories of the life he and Connie were living and enjoyed. Randy and I share with the many others who are shocked and truly saddened by this life that ended far too soon. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Randy & Heather Stanton

Our deepest condolences on Anthony's sudden passing. Anthony has positively affected many individuals throughout the years and certainly from our perspective none more than the young girls (some now young women and mothers themselves) in the area of his solid commitment to the fastpitch game, to his teams and to his players. As tremendous as his teams were on the field they were equally impressive as young individuals which he certainly helped mold. What was taught was a "never give up attitude", but always with class, fairness and above all, fun. That was the receipe he taught at the diamond and one he taught for these girls' life. Our family was extremely lucky and extremely blessed to be involved with him, know him and learn from him. His love of the game and life was simply infectous. In retrospect, last years amazing season of going undeated,a league championship and a provincial crown was truly a blessing and one I know made him extremely proud. Not everybody can take a rag-tag group of teenage girls, keep them focused and turn them into what they have become today. We will miss truly him, but will never forget what he gave us. I suspect there are tryouts set up already in heaven on a perfectly trimmed field,as I expect he had no problems or delays getting through the gates.

With great sadness and a heavy heart, we offer their deepest condolences to you Connie and both your families. As you know, Anthony and I have worked together for about 8 years at the Mill and it is hard to lose anyone in your life but I can only imagine how difficult this time is for you all. Anytime you were brought up in conversation or when he would talk about plans to vacation with you, he would light up like the sun. We all knew you were his world and his everything. Things will never be the same at Nutrition, but he will always be remembered. For me, Anthony was at his best when it was a one on one conversation about what was going on with family. He was a very sincere and caring person and his remarks were always meaningful and kind, especially with my Dads passing. What he did in the community was to be admired. A very giving man! I want you to know, if you need anything we are here to help, as I am sure the rest of the community has already told you as well.

I knew Anthony primarily through some sports that we played together. I remember him as tough competitor who played with a smile on his face, a gregarious attitude in his heart and a character that is needed today. You have gone too soon. My comforts to the family
