Maurice Perrin

Obituary of Maurice (Mousse) Perrin

On Monday, May 25, 2020, after a battle with cancer, Maurice surrounded by his family in a room full of love passed away peacefully. Maurice was born on February 16, 1984, and was raised in the community of Ste. Anne, MB.

He will be dearly missed by parents Reynald & Lina, his loving wife Jen, daughters Lenea and LilyAnn, brother Gerald (Valene), and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Maurice went to Red River College and became a Machinist. He worked at Speciallaser Tech for many years.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Maurice loved to snowmobile, hunt, fish and go to the Big Whiteshell and Crowduck lakes. The Big Whiteshell was a big part of Maurice’s life. He also had a special gift of knowing and talking to someone everywhere he went.

Anyone who knew him loved him. If love was enough, he would still be here with us today.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

Donations in memory of Maurice can be made to the Ronald McDonald House.

A special thanks to the homecare nurses and to Bridgette and the Palliative Care team.  Your kindness was very much appreciated.

“If you want happiness for a day, go fishing.”
