Obituary of Annie Friesen

On Sunday, August 9, 2020, at the age of 91 years, Annie Toews Friesen of Winnipeg, MB, was taken up in the arms of the angels to be with her Lord and Saviour.
 

It is with sadness and fond memories that we say good-bye to our wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister and friend.
 

During the final hours of her life she was surrounded by the family she spent her life caring for so very deeply. We celebrate her freedom from her suffering here on earth but know that she will leave a very empty space in our lives.
 

Annie will be dearly missed by her husband Bill, seven children and their families:

A private Celebration of Life service for Annie Friesen will be held on Monday, August 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.

Burial will take place at the Heritage Cemetery in Steinbach, following the service.

We are confident of this, and celebrate that Annie is now at home with the Lord and Saviour she so desired.
