Obituary of Arthur Harder

Arthur “Art” Harder passed away on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020, at the age of 68, surrounded by friends and doing what he loved.

Loving father of Doug (Jamy), Sharon (James), Shannon, and Bill (Lizzie). Proud grandfather to 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Brother to Elma, Alice, Dennis, Violet, Minnie (Jim), George (Simone), Lawrence, and Brenda (John). Along with 18 nieces and nephews. And will be missed by numerous relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents, Mary and Benjamin Harder, and loving partner, Carol Henderson, along with a sister, Angela Harder.

Art will be remembered fondly as a caring parent and friend. Always smiling and quick to laugh. A Skip-Bo King and a Crib Shark, he will be greatly missed.

Cremation has taken place. 

A private family service will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., please contact the family for further details if you wish to attend. 

Ash interment will take place at Heritage Cemetery, Steinbach, MB.
