Obituary of Lena Andrusyk

Peacefully on Thursday, October 1, 2020, Lena Andrusyk (nee Drebit), aged 93 years, passed away at the Morris General Hospital, Morris, MB.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Stanley and their daughter Lorraine.

Mom enjoyed socializing with her family and friends, she had a truly kind, generous heart. Mom enjoyed cross stitching, crocheting, quilting, and playing bingo.

Left to cherish her mom’s memory are her children, Rose Bodz and Lawrence (Debbie) Andrusyk. Also left to mourn her passing are her grandchildren: Greg Bodz (friend Teresa), Shawn (Hiede) Bodz, Lenore (Martin) Morrissette and Rick (Jennifer) Andrusyk; great-grandchildren: Owen, Gavin, Madison, Hailea, Bree, Evan, Cali, Austin and Mason.

A private family funeral will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of St. Mary’s Cemetery fund in Senkiw.
