Obituary of Margaret (nee Krahn) Braun

It is with deep sadness that we the family announce the sudden passing of our Mom and Grandma, Margaretha (Margaret) Braun nee Krahn on April 28, 2021 at the age of 76. 

Mom was born to Peter and Helena Krahn in De Salaberry, Manitoba on October 25, 1944.

Mom leaves to cherish her memory her children Jonathan and Virginia Braun, Clare and Charlene Braun, Kevin and Betty Braun, Stella Braun, Sheila and Stan Friesen, Curtis Braun, and their families. She also leaves to mourn her sisters; Helena Dueck, Mary Reimer, Anne Hiebert, and Agatha Funk, brothers; Peter and Abe, as well as the extended Braun family, nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Mom was predeceased by her husband Henry Braun. 

There will be a come and go viewing on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel Steinbach, MB.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the New Bothwell Sommerfeld Church, with interment to follow at the Grunthal Cemetery.
