I will miss Mary's cheerful face when she came in to my store for sewing supplies. She has always been an inspiration to me as to what a Christian should look like. My condolences to all of the family. She will be missed. Marilyn and Allen Thiessen

To The Family, Beautiful service! Thoughtful tributes to your mother. After moving to Steinbach 16 years ago, I was given Mary's name for mending needs. I'm so thankful that I had the privilege to meet her. Mary was so gifted! I always enjoyed my visit with Mary when dropping off or picking up my items. May the Peace of Christ be with all of you! Sincerely, Flora Schalla

My sincerest condolences to all of Mary’s family. I had worked with Mary at the school at Vita. She had a wonderful personality and was an awesome cook. I still have her handwritten muffin recipe and use it to this day. Rest peacefully Mary.

Our condolences to the family. We appreciated their friendship and hospitality while attending the same church. Later, Mary and my similar interests frequently had our paths cross at my place of work. She was a role model for me in her pleasant, gentle and soft-spoken friendliness. I will always treasure the memories I have of her.

We extend our condolences to the Krueger family on behalf of Ten Thousand Villages and Steinbach MCC Thrift Shop. I had the privilege of connecting and often having a conversation with Mary when she cashiered at the Thrift Shop. I would sometimes ask if Mary would need a coffee break or anything else while cashiering. The response often was “I won’t need a break I would only like a cup of hot water” which we then brought to the checkout for her. - Jason Hiebert Executive Director Steinbach MCC Community Assistance Centre

I had the privilege of working with and getting to know Mary at Ten Thousand Villages. She was always a kind and caring person who chose to see the positive in life and in people. Her strong faith was evident and had earned her a well deserved place in glory. My sympathies to the family.

Mary and I first met when both of us worked at Penner Foods. She was always pleasant, and it didn't take long for friendship to develop. Mary's caring heart was evident in the way she noticed others' needs and reached out to help. I'm grateful I go know Mary. God grant you his comfort, Dave & Eileen, and the rest of the family.

Dear Krueger Family. I wish to express my sincere condolences to your family. Take comfort in that she has be released of her struggles and is with her Lord, who she was anxious to meet and also other loved ones that passed before her. She is safe in the arms of Jesus. That in itself is a great comfort. You will miss her but, God will give you the peace you need and also cherish all you memories of her. She was a very Godly women and was faithful to her Lord to the end. She accepted me into her family, which I really appreciated. I always enjoyed her friendship.
God be with you all.
