Bernie and family, I can't believe we've lost an angel too soon, I am so sorry for your pain and sorrow. I am grateful that Bev's struggle with cancer was short and she didn't have to suffer too long. Her genuine soul and big heart was a gift for all who were blessed to know her. She gave and left behind a lot of love and beautiful fun memories that will last forever. She also set the bar high with amazing examples for all of us to follow. She is resting in peace and will be watching over you all, no better Angel to be had! Sending love and a hug to you all. Ilene & Chris Blayden

Dear Bernie and Family,
I am stunned and deeply saddened to learn of Bev's passing. I met Bev at the University of Manitoba - over 15 years ago now. Anytime I had to work with payroll I was always so relieved if it was Bev on the other end of the phone.
Not only was Bev kind and respected, she was a cherished friend. She was my first and longest yoga student. She attended my little sessions at a massage clinic and 12 years later she was still coming every week for a lunch time class at my studio in St. Boniface. After every class, Bev would always say - "that felt great!!". We would often have time for a catch up after everyone left - what a gift that was.
I have missed seeing Bev every week. I am so sad that I didn't do better to stay connected with her this last year. I will always think of Bev when I practice yoga.
My condolences and prayers.

Our deepest condolences to Bernie and all of Bev's family and
friends. Bev was such a beautiful lady and wonderful friend.
A kind and gentle soul! She had a heart of gold and cared for
others to no end. But her familv was the world to her and she
loved them all so much and she was such a proud Gramma too.
It is with great sadness in my heart that we say goodbye to our
dear sweet friend. May the family find comfort in this sad time
Sincere condolences from Marj, Dave Lavallee and family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of Bev's family and friends. May the love you shared lift your hearts during this difficult time. Faith, hope and love, but the greatest of these is Love.
In Loving Memory of Bev…
To Someone Who is Beautiful... All Over
It is absolutely wonderful to have someone
In your life who is caring and giving and gracious-
someone whose smiles are like sunshine and laughter
and whose words always seem to say the things you most like to hear...
because those magical people are really beautiful...inside.
And it is a privilege to know someone whose outward
appearance is a delight to see- someone who lights
up a room with radiance and who lights up our corner of
the world with a loveliness it has never known before...
because special people like that are really beautiful...outside...
But most of all, it is one of the world's most special blessings to have a person in your life who can add so much pleasure and such magnificence to the days- as you have in ours...
Because you're someone who is beautiful... all over.
With deepest love and admiration…Deb Woodman, Bev & Rolly Simard, Wayne Hoard, Len & Alvina Hoard, Brenda & Ed Heppner, Dolores Cooke & families.

My condolences to Cassie, Bernie and family. It’s been many years since we crossed paths but I will always treasure the wonderful times we had at ball games, tournaments and provincials when Cassie played minor ball.

I am so sorry to hear of Bev's passing, and send her family my sincere condolences. When we both worked at the U of M, Bev was the kindest, most gracious and serene untangler of snags in payroll. I miss her, and wish we had stayed connected these past few years.

Our condolences to Bernie and family. I have some fond memories of Bev. We worked together for 10 1/2 years at the U of M. What a beautiful soul she had. I remember the many hampers we put together every Christmas for the Christmas Cheer Board. The look on her face whenever she wrapped the gifts for those kids was priceless. Sending lots of hugs to the entire family from Kamloops, Alda & Jeff Fawcett and family
