My condolences to David Peter's family. The family gatherings of the Giesbrecht clan were very much brightened up by Dave and Alice, David's good humor, leading our singing sometimes, and their care for family members. Alice was the teen-age pianist for her sister Martha & I at our wedding. May God's blessings continue on all their family members.

Uncle Dave was always that person who could enter a room of strangers and have 5 new best friends within 10 minutes. No family gathering was the same without him.
He was the laughter and sparkle at each and every reunion, gathering, and event….As was Aunt Alice. (And how we miss her warmth and sweetness!)
My heart goes out to Chandra and Darcy for their double loss. I imagine that their world has not been the same since their mom left this earth in 2019, and now their dad too.
It seems that we are getting more and more guardian angels looking over us from the Sunday Faspa table in Heaven.
Sending lots of love,
--Bonnie Hammond

Since my dear wife’s Memorial Service this past December, Dave and I have shared many meals here at Bridgepark Manor. I was always impressed by his cheery spirit, especially his strong expressions of thanks to our staff who served us and his clear Christian faith and hope of soon meeting Jesus and Alice in glory. Since we had both been teachers and administrators, and both loved God and the Bible, we had much in common. Dave was always such an encouragement to everyone. We have missed him at our table, but rejoice with him that he is now in glory, where he so longed to be. Al Hiebert 302 Bridgepark

Our condolences to David Peters and his family. It was so good that you moved to Steinbach when we were still living there, and we could spend a few years together going for coffee or a meal. It was Alice who we met in town soon after your move to Steinbach, and let us know you were there. What a surprise that was for us! God's Blessings to you all!
