Obituary of Maria Dyck

Maria (Mary) Dyck (nee Friesen), age 85, of Niverville, MB., passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022.

Mary is survived by six children: Janice (Bill), Marg (Jack), Ruth (Rod), Joyce, Rosie (Terry) and Marty (Roberta), 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Abe (the love of her life), granddaughter Allyn, two sisters and many friends.

Mary's life was a wonderful example of love for God, her family, and ministry. Mary had the gift of hospitality, prayer, and caring for others, which was often displayed through her conversations with people and her love of daily Bible reading and prayers.

Mary was also gifted musically, and she used her voice to bless and minister to many people. 

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Niverville Word of Life, Niverville, MB. The burial will follow at Hespeler Cemetery, Niverville, MB. 

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mary may be made to Union Gospel Mission, PO Box 1073; Stn. Main; Winnipeg., MB   R3C 2X4.
