Obituary of Gisele Gauthier

Gisele Gauthier, of Roseau River, MB., passed away suddenly in the evening of Sunday, March 27, 2022, at the age of 70, with her husband of 50 years Richard, by her side.

Gisele will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her husband Richard, three children: Carole (Drew), Jeannette (Wayne), Jean (Janine); grandchildren: Ashley (Dylan), David, Amanda (Travis), Isabelle (Ryden), Joel (Kendra), Selinah & Jazzmine; great-grandchildren: Jaycob, Riley, Jackson, Jaxson & Adaline.

She was predeceased by her granddaughter Melissa, her parents, her in-laws and many siblings.

Mom always made sure we would never starve. At any family gathering you were sure there would be enough food to feed the Bible Camp next door. She always enjoyed going to bingo and since retirement she found a new love in her Facebook games, especially 4 Pics 1 Word.

The family wishes to thank the first responders, Morris Funeral Home and Birchwood Funeral Chapel for everything they’ve done for us during this very difficult time.

We love you Mom, our memories of you will never fade. We miss you.

Due to the anticipated weather this week the service for Gisele Gauthier has been rescheduled. 

The private family memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.
