Wilmer Fast was an integral part of our Lumber Ave neighbourhood. He was kind, he smiled at all of the kids, and he never lost his temper. He was Duane, Mallory and Tannis’ dad. You have said goodbye to a wonderful man. He has now said hello to Tannis. Mrs. Fast and family, please accept my sympathy.
