Obituary of Leona Simone Preteau

It is with the greatest sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Leona Preteau on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at the Vita Personal Care Home, Vita, MB. God took a wonderful woman. She was a deeply loved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

She was predeceased by her husband Alphonse, four children, two great-grandchildren, her parents, numerous siblings, in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.

We would like to thank all the staff at Vita Personal Care Home, Vita, MB, for their care and compassion.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Leona’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Vita Personal Care Home.
