Obituary of Eva Sawatzky

Our Mama passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, with her children, Herman and Wanda, by her side.

She was predeceased by her husband Phillip, three children Richard, Adina and Wilfred, and one great-grandson Sebastian.

She is survived by three sons: George (Roxanne), Herman and Albert (Connie), two daughters: Elviera (Brad) and Wanda (Bob). She also leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

The family wishes to thank all of those who prayed with us and for us and came to visit mom during her final weeks. Your love and compassion meant a lot to her and to us. You helped us through a very trying time.

Viewing will take place on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Maranatha Niverville Church, 99 Main St, Niverville, MB.
