Obituary of Everlee Ann Derksen

It is with heavy hearts that we, Harley and Tessa Derksen, announce the passing of our beautiful daughter, Everlee Ann, born at 6:17 a.m. on Thursday, August 1st, 2024. 

Although her beautiful face graced us for a few short moments in this world, we are forever thankful and blessed to have known her for those few moments.

She is survived by grandparents, Robert and Cindy Remillard, Steve and Jen Derksen, Melanie Jones, and great-grandparents Robert and Dorothy Ogden, Henry and Barb Derksen, and Karen Jones. She also leaves behind aunts and uncles, Tyson and Dominique Remillard, Jessica Derksen, Tyler and Caitlin Derksen, Tristan and Megan Derksen, and a host of other family and friends. 

We want to thank the many devoted and caring hospital staff at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, including Dr. Ilchyna, Dr. Paige and Dr. Monate, and the countless nurses who cared for us and our daughter that day. We are forever blessed by their determination, love, and compassion.

The funeral will be held on Monday, August 12th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at Cornerstone Bible Church, Steinbach, MB. To join the family via livestream, please click HERE at the time of the service.
