Jacob (Jake) Schellenberg, age 62, of Mitchell, MB, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2013 at Bethesda Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife Mary of 40 years, their sons Stuart (Amanda) and Kevin (Patricia), their daughter Laurie (Gil) and his grandchildren Teagan and Adyn, Alexandra and Ethan, and Xavier and Katia. He was predeceased by his parents and one sister. The funeral will be held Monday, July 8 at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel with burial at the Mitchell CMC Cemetery. Viewing will be at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Sunday, July 7 from 7:00-8:00 p.m. and at the chapel prior to the service. If friends so desire, donations may be made to a local charity of your choice.
