It is with great sadness to announce the sudden passing of Jacob H. K. Hiebert on Saturday, July 20th 2013 at the Ste. Anne Hospital at the age of 68. He is survived by his loving and caring wife Maria (nee Goretti), his loving mother Katherina, three daughters and their families, and one son-in-law and his family. Along with five brothers and five sisters and their families, a Mother and Father-in-law, two sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law and their families in Azores, Portugal. He was predeceased by one daughter, Phyllis Ann Harder, father Peter U. Hiebert and one son-in-law David Stahl. The family would like to express their thanks to Dr. Fredette and the Ste. Anne Palliative Care Unit in his last days of life. Also thanks to all those who showed their love and support for Jacob, it is greatly appreciated.
