It is with sadness that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Ed Unrau at his home in Niverville on Monday, July 22, 2013 at the age of 80 years. He is survived by his wife Helen of nearly 60 years, his children Jacob, Dan (Linda) and Katherine (Rick), and his grandchildren Jonathon, Jennifer (Chris), Kyle, and Mark. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two daughters in infancy. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the Niverville CMC Church (99 1st Street South, Niverville, MB). Interment will follow at the Froese Cemetery near Altona, MB.
