Dale Richter of Steinbach passed away at the Bethesda Hospital on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at the age of 52 years. He is survived by his wife Wendy, one daughter, two sons and their families. He was predeceased by his first wife Lorna. A memorial service will be held at Southland Church, Hwy 52 W in Steinbach on Thursday, September 5 at 2:00 p.m. with ash interment at Heritage Cemetery.
