Charles Wesley Friesen, 17, of Winnipeg, formerly of Austin, tragically passed away Saturday, October 5, 2013 in MacGregor. He is survived by his father Abe, mother Aganetha, sisters Leanne and Kimberly (Johnny) Peters with their son Zane and his brother Jason. The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 12 at 2:00 p.m. at the MacGregor Sommerfeld Mennonite Church. Viewing will be at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach on Thursday, October 10 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and at Austin Evangelical Fellowship on Friday, October 11 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the MacGregor-Gladstone Youth For Christ, Box 447, Gladstone, MB R0J 0T0.
