Gertrude (Trudie) Unrau of Winnipeg passed away at the St. Adolphe Nursing Home, on March 19th, 2011 with her children by her side. She was predeceased by her husband Jake, grandson Kurt Unrau, son-in-law Jack Unrau, granddaughter Jolene deGraff, her parents, five sisters and one brother. She is survived by her children Pat (Earl)Settee, Heidi (Ron) Sklaruk, Larry (Deb) Unrau, Mae (Ken) deGraff, Phyllis Unrau, Vernelle (Sri Madhyastha) and their families. Mom is also survived by two sisters and numerous sister and brother-in-laws. Funeral Service will be held at Bethel Mennonite Church, 465 Stafford Street in Winnipeg on Friday, March 25, 2011 at 10:30 a.m., with burial at Mennonite Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be on Thursday March 24th from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the church and also prior to the funeral service.
