After along battle with illness, Dad is finally at peace. Loving and missing him are his wife of 42 years, (Betty) Elizabeth, children Darlene (Jerry), Rod (Melissa), Bill (Marni); his grandchildren Jennifer (Keith), Tina and Zack, great grandchildren Trinity, Kayla and Mia. Born in East Preston, Nova Scotia, Dad traveled to various cities where he met his wife and created a life in Barrie, ON. With his many skills and ability to do anything he set his mind to, they came to Winnipeg and started a new adventure in life. Dad was the person you would call whenever you had a problem with anything. If you needed something fixed, you asked Dad. He was a great teacher with patience when it came to his family, whom he loved dearly.
