Obituary of Jack Stott

Our world lost a very good man today. After a frustrating partnership with Alzheimers, Dad left us peacefully but unwillingly. He was born, married, and lived in what he spoke of as The Best Place on Earth ... Canada, Manitoba, Niverville. Missing Jack, is his wife, soul-mate, lover, and best friend ... not even Alzheimers could erase the memory of "His Margaret". Although his body has left us, his character will live on in his children and 'beloved outlaws'; Gary, Doris, Elaine, Art, Louise, Burt, Kevin, Marlene, Jeff, Mona, Michael, Ida, Donald, Laurie, and many generations of off-spring. He will be deeply missed. Gone ahead of him are three of his children, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Raymond and a special grandson Joey. His passions were family, friends, and farming. He loved parties, curling, dancing and hunting. His patriotism and dedication to his community were the foundation of his beliefs. Building a community where you could spend your whole life was his ambition, but that goal has not yet been reached. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the future Niverville Personal Care Home, Unit 100 - 111 Second Ave S., Niverville, MB R0A 0A1. Funeral services will be held at the Heritage Centre in Niverville, Manitoba on Tuesday, May 3rd at 2:00pm
