Thomas Warde Hart, son of Otto & Hattie (Jackson) Hart, was born on May 10, 1924 in Bemidji, MN went home to Glory on April 28th, 2011. He enlisted in the U.S. Army the 3rd day of December in 1942 and was sworn in on the 10th in Fort Snelling, Minneapolis, MN. On December 27th, 1945 he was united in marriage to Ellora Mae Avery. They lived in Bemidji, MN: Duluth, MN and Ralston, NE before moving to Pikwitonei, Manitoba, Canada in 1967 to minister amongst the Indians. They spent 10 years in Pikwitonei before serving in Lynn Lake, MB and South End, SK. Tom was a good and faithful servant and will always be remembered for his love of God and for sharing the Gospel with all who would listen. Tom is survived by his wife, Ellora; daughters Hazel (Tom) Booth of Rochester, MN; Mary (Ken) Green of Nipawin, SK Canada: Loretta (Al) Gosnell of Thompson, MB Canada and son John (Karen) Hart of Winnipeg, MB Canada: Grandchildren-Kari (Brian) Baxter; Thomas (Tara) Booth both of Rochester, MN. Theresa Drake-Wabasha, MN; Kristen (Charles) Johnson-Byron, MN; Ryan Hart (Amber Guy); Timothy (Cathy) Gosnell; Nicole Hart (Corey Northey); Jorden Hart and Devon Hart all of Winnipeg, MB Canada and Peter (Melissa) Gosnell of Thompson, MB Canada. Great-Grandchildren Brenden & Hunter Drake of Wabasha, MN; Justin Kettner and Dalton Johnson of Byron, MN, Andrea and Alex Parker of Rochester, MN; and Amanda and Matthew Brooks of Winnipeg; sisters Lorraine (Roy) Hanson of Detroit Lakes, MN and Doris Downey of Waco, TX. and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased in death by his parents, brother-Harmon; brother-Jack; sister-in-law Jewel Hart and brother-in-law Thomas Downey. The funeral will be held Monday, May 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Drive, Steinbach, MB with ash interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Bemidji, MN.
