Helen went to be with her Lord and Saviour. She passed away at the Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach on Wednesday morning. She was predeceased by her parents John L.F. and Elizabeth Hiebert, two sisters Susan and Elizabeth and one brother Johnny. She leaves to mourn four sisters Mary (John), Kay, Evelyn (Pat) and Dorothy (Chris) and one brother Ben and many nieces and nephews. We would like to thank Dr. Thiessen and the nursing staff at the hospital for the loving care they gave her during her stay. The funeral service will be held Monday, June 29, 2009, at 2:00 pm at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Drive, Steinbach, Mb, with interment at Randolph Cemetery. Viewing will be at the chapel prior to the service. If friends so desire donations may be made to Chortitzer Mennonite Church, 479 Hanover St, Steinbach.
