It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, Gladstone Penner. He went to be with his Saviour on July 18, 2009. Gladstone is survived by his wife Helen (nee Wiebe) and three sons, Conroy, Murray and Regan and their families; two sisters, Rosemarie (Peter Wiebe), Elfrieda (Henry Wiebe) and one brother Ronald (Gwen). Gladstone was predeceased by our infant daughter Landis and a grandson Greg at age 20. The funeral service will be held Friday, July 24, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church in Steinbach with interment at Heritage Cemtery. The family would like to thank all those who came to comfort us during this difficult time. Gladstone, God has you in His keeping – we have you in our hearts.
