Agatha (Peters) Voth was born to Johann & Aganetha Peters on August 10, 1938 in Shoenfeld, Mexico. She was baptised upon the confession of her faith May 20, 1956 in the Kleingemeinde Church in Quellen Colony. She married Jacob Voth on March 24, 1957. They moved to Steinbach, MB in 1988. Mom was diagnosed with cancer on August 19, 2009. She was admitted in to Bethesda Hospital on August 23. In the early morning of September 13 she went home to be with her Saviour. Mom was predeceased by her parents Johann & Aganetha Peters, 2 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by her husband Jacob, six sons and two daughters: Pete (Susan), Dave (Nettie), Juan (Lucy) , Tina (Jake) Loewen, Cornie (Bertha), Margaret Voth, Jash (Maggie), Hermie (Deanne), 15 grandchildren, 3 great grand children, 2 sisters and 10 brothers. Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held Thursday, September 17, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the New Bothwell Sommerfeld Mennonite Church with interment to follow at the church cemetery.
