Following a courageous battle with cancer, Heaven opened its gates and took John home. Left to cherish his memory are his five children, Gilles, Louise, Denise, Georges and Andre, along with their families, which includes 10 grandchildren, one great granddaughter, brother Charles, sisters Germaine and Rachel, as well as other in-laws, nephews, nieces and friends. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no funeral service will be held. The family would like to thank the Steinbach palliative care unit, nurses who dropped in and all the home care workers for taking such wonderful care of Dad and the support and compassion shown to the family. You were ALL a blessing and words cannot express our gratitude.
