It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear wife, and mother, Debbie Chipilski, on October 11, 2009, at the St. Pierre Hospital at the age of 48. Debbie was born on August 31, 1961 to Ben and Hilda Wieler of Tourond, MB. She was one of four children and lived all her life in the Tourond area. She and Raymond were married on Sept. 19, 1981 and were blessed with three wonderful children. Debbie lived for farming. Even as a young child, she was always with her dad on the field. She was also a very hard worker right up to and including while she was ill. She enjoyed the outdoors doing yard work and spending the weekends at the lake fishing with the family. Debbie started her battle with cancer in April, not knowing what her diagnosis was until early September. She fought hard, but when she knew it was a losing battle, she was ready to be received by the Lord. Debbie is survived by her husband, Raymond, two sons, Dallas and Corbin, one daughter Madeline (Terrence) Isaac, her mother Hilda, parents-in-law Joe and Marie Chipilski, two brothers, one sister, and their families. She was predeceased by her father Ben in 1993. Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, October 14, at 7:00 p.m., with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. The funeral will be held Thursday, October 15, 1:00 p.m, at the Word of Life Church, 233 Third Street S, Niverville, MB, with interment at Hespeler Cemetery, Niverville.
