Peter Henry Wiebe passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 7:00 a.m. at the age of 73. He died of lung cancer at St. Pierre Hospital. He is survived by his wife Esther Mary Wiebe and four children, David (Trudy) Wiebe, Dolores (Bert) Wohlgemuth, Leo (Susan) Wiebe, Colleen (Joel) Nunweiler; as well as 15 grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two brothers and three sisters. He was predeceased by his parents and two siblings. Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel on TUesday, September 13 at 7:00 p.m. with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. and prior to the service. The funeral service will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Dr, Steinbach on Wednesday, September 14 at 2:00 p.m. with interment at Heritage Cemetery, Steinbach.
