On Thursday, October 29, 2009 Lloyd Thompson of Wampum passed away at the Vita Personal Care Home at the age of 78 years. He is remembered by his wife Ruth, two children Linda (Dan) and Rodger; three grandchildren, one great grandson, one sister Dorothy (Albert); two brothers Edwin (Julie) and Chester (Paula). He was predeceased by his parents, one sister and one brother. The funeral service will be held Monday, November 2, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at the Salem Lutheran Church at Wampum with interment in the Wampum Community Cemetery.
