Betty Barkman 1929 – 2006 Betty Barkman of Steinbach passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, June 2, 2006 at the age of 77. She is survived by her husband Peter L. Barkman, two daughters and one son and their families. Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel on Monday, June 5 at 7 pm with a devotional at 7:30 pm and at the church prior to the service. The funeral service will be held at the Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church, 360 McKenzie Ave., Steinbach. Interment at Heritage Cemetery.
