Peacefully after a five-year battle with ill health, Isaac Fehr passed away on November 3, 2009. He leaves to celebrate his life his loving wife of 52 years Susan (nee Kauenhofen), his children James (Lisa), Kathy (Greg) Misanchuk, John, Esther (Dwight) Buhler, Mary-Anne, Dave, Gordon, Lisa, Peter and Andrew, and his grandchildren Braden, Kevin, Valerie, Trevor, Rachel and Matthew. He is also survived by two sisters and four brothers. He was predeceased by three sisters. Isaac had a love for farming and loved the outdoors such as fishing and hunting which he enjoyed doing with his family. He had a real good sense of humour, which he shared till the end. Flowers are gratefully declined. The funeral service will be held at the Chortitzer Mennonite Church, 479 Hanover, Steinbach on Saturday, November 7 at 10:00 a.m. with viewing prior to the service. Interment to follow at the Schanzenfeld Community Cemetery, south of Winkler.
