On Tuesday, November 10, 2009 God welcomed home Susan Kehler (nee Doerksen) with open arms. She passed away at her residence in Steinbach, Manitoba at the age of 79 years. She is survived by her husband Erdman Kehler; three sons, Ron (Margaret), Russell (Carol) and Randy (Alice); two daughters, Carol (Fred) and Lorna (Harry), 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one sister Betty Kehler. Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach on Friday, November 13 at 7:00 p.m. with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held Saturday, November 14 at Birchwood Funeral Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at the Silberfeld Church Cemetery.
