Abram Sawatzky of Grunthal passed away at the Menno Home for the Aged on Friday, September 23, 2011 at the age of 84. He is survived by 3 daughters, 3 sons and their families. He was predeceased by his wife Helena in 1994. The funeral service will be held Thursday, September 29 at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach with viewing at the chapel prior to the service. Interment will take place at Grunthal Cemetery.
