Nick Wiens, 85, of Niverville, formerly of Glenlea, passed away at Victoria General Hospital on Monday, January 4, 2010. He is survived by his wife Anne and their children: Gerry (Sandy) of St. Adolphe, Thelma (Ernie) Podolsky of Winnipeg, Bernie (Bev) of Glenlea, Dorothy (Marv) Dyck of Winkler, David (Karen) of Glenlea, Mary (Jack) Klassen of Howden and their families; as well as by one brother. He was predeceased by two grandchildren and three brothers. A special thank you to the doctors and nursing staff of the 4th Floor at the Victoria Hospital. The funeral service will be held at the Glenlea Mennonite Church on Friday, January 8, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with viewing prior to the service. Interment at the church cemetery.
