Caroline Tonn Caroline Tonn of Steinbach, formerly of Winnipeg, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at age of 87. After her husband Julius Tonn passed away in 1984 she moved to Steinbach to be near her family. She is survived by three sons: Edward (Elma) of LaRonge, SK, Alvin (Leanne) of Kleefeld, MB and Kenneth (Rose) of Regina, SK, nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two sisters: Kay Kunzelman of Plumas and Lil Dewar of Winnipeg, one brother: Frank (Shirley) Heinz of Carberry, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The funeral service will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Dr, Steinbach on Monday, July 17 at 11 a.m. with viewing prior to the service.
