John Friesen, 87, of Steinbach passed away Friday, October 14, 2011 at Bethesda Hospital. He is survived by two daughters, one son, one sister, one brother and their families. He was predeceased by his wife Anne (nee Wiebe), one son and one grandson. An evening service will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach on Tuesday, October 18 at 7:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel with interment at Heritage Cemetery.
