Joseph Kibsey, 75, of Ste. Anne, MB, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2010, at the Ste. Anne Hospital. The funeral service for Joseph Kibsey will be held Friday, February 26, 2010, at 7:30 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, with interment to follow on Saturday, February 27, 2010, at the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite, Kleefeld, Manitoba.
