Kyra Lynn Frattinger/Harakal Kyra Lynn was born on Monday, September 4, 2006 at Health Sciences Centre Children’s Hospital and lived 12 days until she passed away on Saturday, September 16. She is survived by her parents Stephanie and Matthew and grandmother Carol Frattinger. There will be a funeral service for Kyra at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach on Thursday, September 21 at 2:00 p.m. Interment at Zhoda Cemetery.
